Maschine plus Stops Working after Update FEB 2024
Good morning,
I saw that I was not the only one who had this "stuck at splash screen" problem after the last Maschine plus update.
I opened a ticket on customer service. They tried to help me by giving me the same procedure found on the forum (with the file to add to the SD card)
So they sent me to the hardware service. They asked me for an invoice etc... And NO MORE NEWS since! It's been over 2 weeks!
This is abused in my opinion because it is obviously a known problem. I'm not the only one. And my Maschine worked perfectly well BEFORE the update. So that’s clearly the concern.
Are there other people who are in the same situation as me and who have received a more “satisfactory” response from Native Instrument?

Hey @NoirCorbeau I'm not sure what happened here. The colleague handling your case is out of office and will be back on Monday, he should get back to you then. If he hasn't by Monday evening, ping me here again.
Regarding this particular Maschine Plus issue. In some cases we need to get the devices back or to replace them. This should not take so long, our apologies.
