How do I connect 3 things for live performance in mk3?

the MK3 internal audio interface has ether stereo line input or mono mic input.
depends of if you want to use different internal effects on your voice and other ones in your ukulele mic, I suggest you to find an audio interface with at least 2 inputs. (the ones from NI are pretty good)
but if you don't need effects maybe just a cheap analog mixer will do the trick. you can plug the stereo out in your maschine line in and than mix the levels from your mixer and have them/record them in the same pad.
anyway you are plugged to the pc right? since is a MK3 and not M+, I'd use an audio interface and maybe use a DAW and an audio interface, use mascine as a VST and create 2 more channels in your DAW so you have everything at the same time an you can manipulate the sound separately, because you can use the MK3 almost as it is in stand alone.. just the tempo and the recording are made from the DAW.
but I don't know your performance routine, it also depends of that. and also maybe someone else have better suggestions.
the micro lab you just plug the usb I reckon.
