Native access won't install on Windows 7
I run 2 DAW’s from different geographical locations. My laptop uses Windows 10, and my older studio PC runs Window 7 64 bit. When I try to install Native Access 2 and 3 on the Windows 7 PC, I get an error message “The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL 32.dll”
I’ve gone through all the AI generated support on NI, previous threads on this platform, and also google. None of the fixes have worked.
I downloaded Native Access 1.14.1 for older operating systems, and ran the install.
It said it installed properly, but tried to reinstall on running the application.
I've cleaned the registry with NI Uninstall Reg Tool.
Any advice greatly appreciated
Cheers
The Lion Dog

The requirement for Native Access 2 is Windows 10/11 so it's not supported on Windows 7. You can see the details at the bottom of the product page here - Native Access 2 (native-instruments.com)
