(Yearly) Traktor Pro Plus subscriptions still get renewed

Hey there…

Already contacted NI support about it and hope they work it out quickly. But as this may happen to others too I thought it might be good to alert others about it.

Just checked my E-Mails and was very surprised about a mail stating I just paid to NI with PayPal. Got also a mail from NI with an invoice for Traktor Pro Plus. My Traktor Pro Plus subscription just got renewed till early September 2025. Yay! 🥳

Didn‘t cancel it my myself before as NI communicated that all running subscriptions will end with current renewal date. The subscription was marked as „Expiring“ and had an option do reactivate since TP4 release like in the following screen shot (just with 2024 date).

Change plan just creates an error, manage my subscription led to an empty page.

Same here I never canceled and they got $5 from me on July 29. Someone owes me a coffee. Lol

As expected support sorted it out for me - really quickly. Already got confirmation of refund from PayPal.

Same here, I paid for two invoices already after buying TP4

Strange, official communication sounded like that all subscriptions would end automatically and even if someone wants to continue using TP3 Plus this won't be an option. Was there a change of mind within NI?
