Hi

Traktor Pro 4 , I have three issues:

(PC hp 32 gb ram etc, brand new etc)

1. Deck stop when switch between trackdecks and live import.

( playing on ch A/B, and switch channel c from deck to live input AND back again AND when I load a track into my controller ch c stops Playing!

  • Maybe traktor S4 MK3 is not suitable to do this change on demand?
  • II know when you do this And when you also adjusting tempofaders and flexigrids, it takes a lot of Power to do.

2. Sometimes when I'm doing flexible grids, traktor do not save grids. I close the control and opening it again!

3. Sometimes When doing stems, no stems will be done and my controller start flushing!

I haveI have a ticket on NI support, BUt I'm also looking for Solutions here in this Forum because this behaver från traktor pro 4 it's not okay since i work as a pro dj

Any suggestions?

I can verify 2, sometimes traktor updates the grid markers but forgets to update the bpm tag of the file.

f you have a track that already has more than one grid marker (inherited from tp3), the bpm tag is automatically adjusted to the value of the first tempo zone on the first load in TP4, but if you do changes to grid markers, it will save the markers but sometimes keep the originally calculated BPM in the tag, so when you load the track again, it has all your tempo zones but the first one has the original TP3 value and thus messes up the first tempo zone. It saves everything correctly if you adjust again or change something else in the tag before unloading.

Example: you load a track that had two (or more) beat markers in TP3. The first tempo zone is calculated on load in TP4, and it is the closest one to the TP3 BPM value that also gives you an integer number of beats between the first two markers. You load and the BPM column says 127.45. You nudge, delete, or create more grid markers, and when you're done the first tempo zone is now 126.22. You unload the file without editing anything else, and the BPM column says 127.45 again (sometimes). You do the same grid work again or edit something before unloading, the track bpm is 126.22 (as it should).

    Thanks🫶🙏 u are a pro.

But shouldn't The Grids been reset when you pusch buttom reset grids?

    Another question:

Are NI going to fix so we can search wich tracks who are stems?

Would be nice if u can change the stem visulazion wave forms to normal but keep the stem? - it should work when you shoes trackdeck or Stem deck?
