I would like to ask if the bugs in traktor pro 3.11 will not be fixed? and I don't want to pay for Pro4! thank you!

No, it will not be fixed. The development capacity will be used to update Traktor 4. You don't want to pay one time payment for TP4 upgrade? That's OK. You can always pay a monthly subscription for other, alternative software. Or use a free one.

Traktor Pro 3 is end of life now, therefore further updates and bug fixes aren't expected anymore. Live with the bugs, use another software as @Isotoxin suggested or pay the upgrade to Traktor Pro 4.

Live 11 is still being updated even though Live 12 is out but that a different company. The code exists in TP4 and could be implemented ointo TP3 but don't expect to see that coming. Just upgrade to Pro4, it doesn't break the bank.
