New computer, libraries on external harddrive already, how to tell Native Access where the content i
I bought Komplete 14 bundle and downloaded all my native plugin libraries into a external seagate harddrive, but recently i changed my laptop and native access asks me to download all the libraries again which are already in my external harddrive. So i am not sure what to do because in my native access, I have already set my download location in the ext. harddrive, but for some reason, it cant locate my sound libraries. So i can anyone please assist, what is the solution for this?

@Karamveer1313 Any update? On your profile you mention a M3 Macbook.
There's a function in Native Access to relocate all your content.
What is the format of your external hard drive? It should be APFS: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers

Just download them again and see what happens. You might want to make a zip file of the existing plugins first and delete what you've included in the zip file. That way it may work fine and you can delete that zip file later. You can always unzip the zip file and put them right back where they came from if they are in a folder or something that makes sense they'll go back in.

Or you may direct NA one library by one and show it whrere it is. You have to press three dots and choose Locate.
Unfortunately one has to do it one by one. There is no faster and more user friendly way to do it.

On second thought, it's possible the external hard drive has a different drive letter than before. Do you know how to assign drive letters, if you know what is was before and that's not what it is now, it could be the reason it stopped working. Of course if you didn't clone your old computer to your new computer it won't work.

Fellas, I'm not even confident that this OP is using Windows. He doesn't say. If he's using a Mac, there won't be any drive letters. I think we need more information.
Dear OP:
OS and version?
Native Access version?
What kind of hard drive? Spinning? SSD? How is it connected to the computer and what file system is it using?
Where do the libraries reside? I don't mean "on the external drive" either. We might need more info thatn that, so where on that drive?

He said he got a new computer and the hard drive plugins weren't recognized any more. So he didn't clone the old computers boot drive. When that happens you need to reinstall everything. That's the first thing I said. So any following posts were afterthoughts on what he could have done on a windows pc. No biggie. food for thought.
