I purchased and downloaded TRAKTOR PRO 4 two weeks ago I have not been able to use it yet.

The issue I have is when I try to add the serial number in access it say that it doesn't match to my account cn someone tell me what I should do next?

    Did you use the same account to purchase Traktor Pro 4 as you use in Native Access? If you buy from NI it usually gets added to the NI account you bought with automatically.

    Actually I think has to do with the fact that I purchase TRAKTOR PRO upgrade and attempted to download the upgrade on a new Mac book pro that doesn't have previous TRAKTOR PRO software installed. So I went to the support page and downloaded all the previous versions . Strtting with Pro 2 including update. But I am still having the same problem. I started using Vinyl scratch back in the early 90's and Ive been loyal. I've used Rane Serrano and visual D.J. Traktor seem better … A lot better!

    Even with upgrade licence you can install Traktor Pro 4 without having previous versions installed.

    Otherwise a fresh installation on new systems would be impossible. Imagine started with Traktor (Scratch) Pro 1 some day and always got upgrades to TP2, then TP3 and now TP4. You cannot install Traktor Pro 1 and 2 on macOS 14 Sonoma.

    If Native Access tells you that this serial doesn‘t match your account, that serial is already bound to another account. I expect you bought the upgrade with an other account as you use in Native Access. Usually you don‘t have to enter the serial at all if you buy the upgrade with the account used in Native Access.

    Go to your serials in your account on the NI site, copy the serial for Traktor Pro 4 from there and add it into native access.

    Same happened to me when I purchased the other day.

    Same issues not working. After upgrading the Native Access version TP4 showed on my desktop but not on my laptop. Native Access has some 🐜🪲🐞🦗🪳🦟🪰 I think
