Audio sources I purchased a long time ago no longer appear in Native Access.

HelloI'm Japanese and I'm not good at English, 
so I think the sentences are difficult to understand.sorry.
MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADSHybrid Keys etc. 
in the file are not displayed in Available even 
if you enter Add Serial in Native Access. What is the reason why 
I can't use the sound source even though I bought it a long time ago?

    In Native Access Go to Preferences then go to Legacy Products, click on "show discontinued products"

    I don't know if is that your issue, but try!

    @Mattuo I checked your account and everything seems to be there, Hybrid Keys included. It should definitely show in Native Access. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account in Native Access. Have you checked the Installed section too?

    Also make sure to use the latest version of Native Access: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/
