HELP! I purchased Komplete Audio 6 and this happens, please help me?

I recently purchased Komplete audio 6. I love the feel and look of this interface and I love NI. I do however have a hugely depressing problem that makes my recent purchase unable to use so far. When I plug in the interface into a Dell Optiplex 790 desktop it worked for about an hour or two so I was trying out guitar rig 7 and was so excite! mmm yes until.. My a stupid computer shuts down. I was very disappoint in sarcastic angry and hostile manner. I even say curse words that my Gypsy pretend girlfriend say is bad omen. I kill you Damien, son of Satan.

Can anyone suggest what i could do to get this working proper? Whoever is engineer of this electronic masterpiece must know the product almost as well as I know his wife. If this magician of electronic silicone and solder can please tell me in layman language what iImust do to manipulate this beautiful interface into the working efficiently and as it should. I dont like having expensive paper holding down thing.

In total sincerity and serious nature of my emotional state, I lost my wife last March to Heart attack. I am widower and the partner I had to make music with is now Gods stolen spirit. Give her back, please!

I was motivate to create songs in her memory and now i just suffer from broken tech and brken heart. Please find it in your sincerity and duty as an engineer to help me fix my Komplete Audio 6. I respects your simple minds that normal people will never understand unless they become engineer also.
