help with native 360 plus
i Cannot get my serial to activate any ideas keeps giving me an eeror message

@Ghost Audio My colleagues got back to you earlier today with the following:
The serial is already registered to yor account. The serial is not the problem.
If you open Native Access and log in with that account you should already see all of the 360 Plus products available for installation
Could you please send/post a screenshot showing which products you have available in Native Access?
Please get back to them with the right information.
I've deleted the photo, since it contains a serial.

I thought that’s how it would work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled native access 40 times as well.
