Sidechaining with solid bus comp

Hi, As the title says in just trying to figure out how to side chain with it. There's a button that says sidechain gain but I cant see where I can select the track to sidechain.

Any help appreciated thanks

    I've always wondered, but never tried it.

    The manual doesn't give any examples either.

    What DAW are you using?

    Do you have maschine?

    Hello,

    that depends on your daw, just search for your daws name + side chain, then you`ll find lots of videos explaining it for sure.

    Hi thanks for your help with this I was really stumped.

    I have been using Reaper and it doesnt work in Reaper so ye thanks for helping me get to the bottom of that.

    Here's an example. Lucky, I forgot to turn the DAW's volume up.

    Sorry it doesn't work in Reaper. Hopefully, you have another DAW you might like to use.

    i tried it in reaper myself and it works like shown in that video
