I have problems with traktor pro 4 when I use s8

I have problems with Traktor Pro 4 when I use S8...I can't find the keys to activate and deactivate the stems and when I click sync it automatically brings the bpm to 128.17 even if the master song has another bpm... it makes me view some folders on the s8... is there some new update to do?
