NEED HELP !!! Download traktor pro 4 ... new features dont work!

hallo, can somebody help me

this days i made a upgrade from traktor pr3 to pro4

i use a dell laptop with windows 10 ….have 8 gb ram and my kontroller is a traktor s8

after download an meanwhile reinstall pro4 four times my problem is the same!

on the screen of my laptop i see traktor pro4

and everthing works for mixing ,but if i want to use the new features i recognized that if i make a right click on a track there opens a small window where normaly must appear stem generate under the track A B C D ….instead this small window looks the same as it was at the pro 3 version.

also if you want to choose the layout of your screem on the top right side there you see the

5 options ( mixer , extended ,paralell…etc.) but not the 4 options like i saw in tutorials for the pro4 version …

i checked all drivers but my system tells me its the newest !!??

what went wrong by downloading ??

I do not really understand your problems. I see you can generate Stems, oki doki, you've got the right version of Traktor. To generate Stems, all of your tracks must be analysed and must be placed to your track collection. For now and only in that track collection you can generate Stems by right clicking there! To set variable beatgrids you must choose the beatgrid option in your playback deck. For Headroom/Booster/Limitter settings you have to choose the internal Traktor parameters. Pic 2 describes your Traktor layout. You can change and name this with your own name and your own settings. Dont forget to save this at the end with your costumised name but keep in mind, you can't find the new pattern player there. For this you have to go to the left and right upper edges of Traktor. Here in the FX section you can switch between filter, effects and pattern player. Hope, this helps a little.

antwort ... ich kann keine stems generieren weil beim rechts click auf einen track das erste bild erscheint. dort ist kein button zum generieren ! es müsste so aussehen wie auf dem letzten bild .☝️

The songs must be in a playlist in Traktor. Only songs that are there can be converted to Stem by right-clicking.

In addition, the songs must be stored locally on your hard drive; streaming providers etc. are not supported.

hallo Heisenberg danke für den tip ich prüfe das nochmal ...meine tracks sind in einem Ordner auf der Festplatte . dieser Ordner wird vom s8 angezeigt und ich ziehe sie von da ins trackdeck . ich verwende keine . streamingtracks .

Then do Import to collection and try it from the Traktor playlist, it doesn't work with the normal Windows folders.
