Komplete kontrol a49 screen and buttons not working

Hello I recently bought this midi controller komplete kontrol a49. All the keys are working, exept the navigation ones and the top left buttons. I have installed all komplete kontrol software(s) and it doesn't work with it too. Any ideas how to fix it?

Which buttons specifically? The octave up and down? The Play Stop ones?

Some functions are only available in the Komplete Kontrol plug-in, some only in certain DAWs.
