Problems with installing Traktor Pro 4
I am trying to install Traktor Pro 4 on my laptop (after all, I got a code for this when I bought an S4 MK 3.
However, this does not seem to work and Traktor Pro 4 does not appear within Native Access 2.0 as a possible program to install either. Only Traktor Pro 3 is listed with a status 'Repair' available. However when I try the 'Repair', it goes wrong. It fails to complete this installation, and I also have to fall back to the 'Backup' version of Traktor Pro 3 after attempting to install it.
Out of curiosity, I logged into Native Access 2.0 with my desktop, and there it turns out Traktor Pro 4 is available for download. There is no other Traktor Pro version installed on this PC though, indicating that Native Access may be verifying the existing files first to see what programs can be offered.
My question: what can I do to still install Traktor Pro 4 on my laptop? The laptop meets the minimum requirements and runs on Windows 10 I5 processor and 8 MB of RAM.

Are you logged in with the same account on both computers?
Can you try to log out and back into native access on the computer that is not working?

I logged in with the same account on both computers. I just logged out and logged in to the computer that is not working, but problem stays the same. In the section updates Traktor Pro 3 appears with status 'Repair', but when i click on Repair, the reparation fails & i have not the ability to just install Traktor Pro 4 because Pro 4 doesn't apear in the library on this computer…

Support resolved my issue, it was indeed a Native Access issue. Support set me an installer that worked.
