Has anyone experienced this issue with Kontrol S4 MK3. It was just like pictured in this post:

Any idea what causes this and how to prevent it from happening?

Can't access reddit right now, but just form the title I think I had it once.
Bought a used s4 mk3, shipped. Touching the jogs would at times suddenly make them spin very very fast. I could hear something lose in it. Turned it off, turned it upside down and shock it a bit. Somehow that fixed it.
