Account Locked. Support tell me my account does not exist, then no news form NI

Hi there, I hope someone at NI will be able to assist me on that.

Long story short: my account is locked for too many login attempts. The weird part is that I used the same password, stored in Safari, for years. Havent not changed it. But out of the blue, that password did not work anymore and it blocked my account.

Then, I've created a ticket support.. and @Martin_NI answered me that they cannot find my account.

I've answered back… but Radio silence. No news from NI. It has been a week.

I had to create this temp account just to post my problems here.

So… What can I do next? My account is still blocked, and the "reset password" does not work either.

I just hope they did not erase my account. I have 10 years + and $$$$ worth of their products.

Any one had this problem too?
