Maschine Plus and Kontakt

Ok I got it I see how things work. But the question is why after so long the sound just goes away. How can I stop this from happening. I have a lot of Kontakt Instruments and they work it just for some reason the sound just goes away. I have a version of Kontakt 5.8.1 in my native access could that be the reason why these sound have a time out. Any help would be appreciated.

    1st thing, Contact NI support to verify that your Native Access credentials are up to date
