several apps in my library carry the banner 'cancelled' why?

    @jmbalich Where is this happening? In Native Access? In Kontakt?

    You tried our subscription back in 2022, it was called Komplete Now. Is this showing on products you own through other means, meaning ownng the products or a bundle? Can you share screenshots to illustrate?
