How to install Chris Hein Horns?

Hi Folks,

hope this finds you all blessed and doing well! :)

on brand new newly built (by me), i had to break down after my last PC of …oh let's just say about 15 years old or something to that effect…

I have installed Access2 and needed to get all my plugins back online to start writing but when i looked i could see it saying uner "Chris Hein Horns" a button that says "Locate" rather than "Install"…Help please anyone (echo the words "Anyone" in large stadium verb)…???
