Comment activer mon produit Traktor S2 MK2 HW sans la carte série d'origine

Bonjour,

J'ai acheté d'occasion ce modèle de table de mixage et l'ancien vendeur (que je ne connais pas) ne m'a pas remis la carte série d'origine. Comment puis-je activer tout de même mon produit et bénéficier du logiciel compatible ?

Second: The previous owner has to go into his/her NI account to my products and serials. There he/she can obtain a Licence Transfer ID and give that to you. With that ID you can register your used product. Won't work with the original serial because that is already bound to previous owner.

If it is not possible to contact previous owner you have to reach out to NI support team. You will need a picture of the hardware serial on the device and a proof of purchase.
