Ultimate Heavy Drums from MDL Tone won't download/install

Hey all, as in the title, this is stalling out close to the full install size and then says "Download Failed". If I click the … it says I need to locate the library to complete installation, which then works. But the library is missing sounds. So I uninstall, re-install, the download begins again but gets to the same point and fails. Any ideas? Is this on the developer side?

    MDL says it's compatible but you'd have to reach out to their support people and give them your configuration to find out what might be the problem.
