Kontrol S3 mapping issues after updating to Traktor Pro 3 3.11.1 17

I haven't used my controller in about a year. When I initially started up the outdated version of Traktor I wasn't getting any audio, so I updated the Traktor software and the firmware for my Kontrol S3. Now a load of buttons/dials aren't mapped properly, including the low EQ dial and fx amount dial on deck's B and D, and the headphone volume dial. There may be others too.

Is this a known bug with the current version of Traktor? In controller manager settings I have the Traktor S3 tsi selected.

Please help. I have a gig soon!
