S5 screens no waveform on traktor 4

turn up at gig, first time using traktor 4 with my S5. About to start, switch it on. No waveforms. Heart stops. Try a few times. No joy.
open traktor 3, runs perfect but don’t have my new music or playlists :(

So has native instruments made it not work on purpose as it’s old discontinued unsupported hardware? Or is it just a bug?

is there a way to get it working?

It's on the team's radar, just so you know. This display-hiccup bug has been there since forever, but has received some more urgency now that stem-gen is in play.

I Have a Kontrol S8 and waveforms on normal tracks does work, but waveforms on analyze stems doesn't show until you press the top right square little button next to the screens.

For sure it is a bug, but at least for me the normal trans does work
