Native Access does not work

I have a Mac Intel with macOS Catalina 10.15.7. I have downloaded the Native Access version for Intel Mac. After Installation I got the message, that this downloaded version is only working with MacOS 12 or newer.. Where do I get an NI Access version for my operating system?
