Native Access not working
I get this error when I try to open NI access - Any suggestions ?

I have done the Privacy - Full disk access - NTL Daemon, Native Access check. both boxes are ticked. (Komplete Kontrol not ticked, as help article did not say to check this)
I have recently moved all my music files to a new Samsung T7 SSD. Suspect this is reason for NI stuff to go wrong

Update - I just fixed this by pressing the re-install button in 'Native access' doh ?!
Surprised that NI support did not suggest this right at the outset when my help ticket was raised.

"Download failed" I get this error when I try to open NI access -
I have recently moved all my music files to a new Samsung T7 SSD. This has caused the problems. NI is looking for the old drive.
Any suggestions to get my system working properly again ?

I have reinstalled a NI access from the web site. now opening
I now need to re-map Komplete control to my new drive containing the NI files - how do I do this step ?

I have been playing with this as i just cannot rest until my library is up to date.
I have 99 updates in Nativce Access and 85 of them straight fail - and the privacy stuff is taken care of.
I tried duplicating the DMG file right after it downloads, so i can install them manually without NA, and the error i get is that i cannot install this app on this computer - even though its an expansion,
So i tried a full reinstall and it worked.
Updates are failing, reinstallation's are working for me.0 -
And to confirm - 1 hour later all updates reinstalled.

when I go to NI Access/maintenance/Repair installed products I get this
looking good, but when I try to NI Access/maintenance/Locate product content I get this
Any ideas…?

Hello TontoZed, as I can see you are using the Native Access 1, updating it can help you to solve this and many other issues. Can you please download the latest Native Access 2 version (3.13.0) using this link below:

Hi Mert_NI,
I have a case raised with NI helpline. Has been open for 12 days. Tried various things. No progress to get KK to link with library files stored on the T7.
I upgraded to 3.13.0 but did not make any difference.
I don't have these issues with Logic Pro or UA software. I may give up on NI products.
