Maschine+ Not connecting to software? [Controller Mode]

I got a Super computer because my previous one was having processor issues with all the plug-ins on my Maschine+. Now I can't see anything other that the NI logo on my maschine+ while running Maschine 2 software (updated most recent vers). Yet on my old CPU… I could see all the details (plug-in/Patterns/.wav… ect).

The USB connection is 2.0 not 3.0, Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K 3.20 GHz, Windows 11 Home, 128 RAM, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

@RadBabyJoe Have you put the Maschine Plus in controller mode? Go to Settings → System → Controller

Yes I did and when I do, Maschine 2 software recognizes the M+….. The Pads are functioning and lighting up in synch with the patterns/instruments on the software, BUT the screen on my M+ is STUCK on the new "Maschine+ logo and Production and Performance System"…

Because the screen is stuck on that Logo, I can't see what I am doing on my Maschine+ screen… only on my CPU screen on Maschine 2 Software. On my older CPU, the Maschine 2 software and Maschine+ were synched and I could see what I was doing on my Maschine+ screen which made it easier to see notes & scale, when creating music in "Keyboard/Chord" mode.

I had it first day so I am just trying and assuming. Nothing else or personal honestly. Did you update M+ on Computer I am on Win 10 and when I did it it was working in controller mode over USB like MK3. I just followed Manual.
