S4MK3 doesn't connect with my new Mac

Hello ,

i bought a new MacBook Pro:

14", 2021 // Apple M1 Pro // 32 GB //Sonoma 14.5

I transfered Traktor Pro from my old mac to my new one.

Now my Controller S4MK3 doesn't connect with my new Mac.

I checked the following:

Hard drive full access: is activated.

About this mac / system report / hardware / usb: Traktor S4MK3 shows up.

System preferences / generell information/ Login items: NIHardwareAgent or NIHostIntegration DOES NOT SHOW UP. I CAN'T FIND THESE FILES ON MY MAC.

I TRIED COPY/PASTE OF NIHardwareAgent…. FROM MY OLD MAC, BUT: BROKEN FILE - DELETE it from your mac.

Any idea to fix it?

Hello Ralf, have you download the Native Access in your new computer and logged in with your account which you have the registrations with?
