I paid but did not receive the product
I saw on the site's interface that Kontakt 7 was 50% off, and when I paid, the site said "you don't qualify for the offer," but the price was still half off. I didn't receive the product after I paid. When I checked the order, it still said "pending payment". I tried to contact customer service. I wonder if this is normal, because I thought it would be done immediately.

Normally purchases are instant but sometimes they can be delayed for various reasons. If you don't hear anything soon I'd suggest contacting support again.
