Maschine Plus - crazy overload when MIDI IN Sync enabled

I'm workin on my hybrid DJ setup based on Traktor 4/X1 MK3, MC-707 as Mixer/hub and of course Maschine Plus as standalone maschine project player. I was tasting syncing with Link but i don't like scenarion when I need to be connected with WIFI on stage, also Link SDK looks old on M+ for my. Anyway:

  1. When project is heavy (near 60 - 70% overload) and has some audio plugins - enabling midi in sync is impacting overall overload even higher and it's became mostly 100% with overload alert (sic).
  2. I can play only projects oscilaiting around 40 - 50% of CPU and even there, sync is increasing overload to 70 - 80% or even more.
  3. I will be optimizing some projects to play live and i'm thinking to using sampler instead of audio plugin (if i can and will be sounding good enough after choping)
  4. For me looks like bad optimization of audio plugin

Any ideas what can i do more?

I think that I will order Ethernet hub for my computer (i have one connected to M+) and test link with wired connection. ;-)

I forget: with Ableton link this problem does not appear…

Hey @AdelV I think this issue was reported before. Unfortunately there is no fix at the moment. I reached out to the Maschine Plus team to get more info.

Unfortunately I don't know any other workaround than Ableton Link.
