Hi everyone.

Hope you guys and gals can assist. I still have my $499 e voucher to redeem, but every single instrument I choose, is not included in the voucher offer. I'm looking for orchestral or vocal based instruments, but every single time I think I've chosen a valid instrument, I get the pop up telling me the voucher isn't valid for the selected product. Initially, before I purchased the KKS61, the nice big writing told me I'd receive a voucher for ANY NI instrument. Only after the purchase do I find out that a very small selection of instruments are covered by the e voucher?

It has to be first party (NI product) and not on offer, or some special bundle - I think they're the main criteria which matter.

For example, I went for Choir Omnia, but i'm sure I was unable to put it through until after the summer of sound offers had expired, and then it went through fine.

The voucher code that comes with the S-Series Keyboards is valid for a single NI-owned Kontakt instrument priced below 499 USD/EUR on the NI Online Shop. It cannot be used for updates, upgrades, crossgrades, edu licenses, hardware, NKS partner products, or Komplete bundles and upgrades/crossgrades.

I never received any information when I registered my s88 mk3 + s49 mk3, regarding the voucher's, how do I find out how to get the voucher's ?

I have bought the s88 mk3 as well as the s49 mk3 so I should have two vouchers, but I haven't seen them in my emails / spam. What do I need to do here ?

N.I. support is in charge of anything vouchers , purchases and account. So you should contact N.I. Purchase Support to get the vouchers if you did not receive them and they are not in any emails including in spam filter.

Hi @PoorFellow ,

I have triple checked my emails and spam folders and I was never sent any vouchers for neither my s49 MK3 or s88 MK3 boards. The registrations went through as it was all done within Native Access 2.

I just happened to read a forum post where you guys we're talking about a $499.00 voucher , and was like wait that's incredible ! So I've since contacted NI Support and will let you know how I get on with it.

Incidentally , then to avoid the spreading of confusion then I just made a slight edit of the thread headline to mention the correct 'less than 499 $ e-voucher for mk3 keyboards'.

P.S. I can not say what was supposed to come with your keyboard at the specific time of your purchase , I can only advise how to sort the issue which is by contacting support.

Do we get to bank our voucher or are we able to purchase NI Maschine libraries ?

As far as I know then there is no 'banking' of the vouchers. If you do not use the vouchers prior to expiration date then you forfeit the voucher. I have lost nearly all of my low amount discount vouchers over time.

The more important question is "when" did you buy your hardware?

That $498.00 voucher deal was just that - a "deal". Not offered all the time or by default.

Just because someone bought their device during a sales promo window AND got a voucher - does not mean you get that deal too. It all comes down to "when".

In my case the email was titled "Kontrol S-Series MK3 | Get started" and the vouchers (NI Kontakt Instrument" and Komplete 15 Select" are at the bottom of that email.

You get the voucher when you buy a KK MK3. NI Support has sent me the voucher, but I can't find anything left to buy as I own them all, which is why I wondered what else I can buy eg: maschine expansions or whatever.
