Komplete Kontrol not updating in Native Access

Unfortunately the Komplete Kontrol app (and Maschine 2 essentials) will not repair / reinstall or even relocate in the Native Access program on my Windows 11 pc - have tried repeatedly with reboots. Currently cannot uninstall either since that is not an option so both are unusable. Any ideas to get me out of this loop?! Thank you.

Hello again epitope, sorry for continuing issue.

Can you please try either manually remove the VST2 path mentions from the registry or simply just use the reg fix tool on the affected products:

Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

Then restart and refresh NA and reinstall affected products.

    I hope this helps☺️

Hello epitope, sorry to hear about this issue.

Which Native Access version are you using? Have you installed the latest version(13.0.0)?

Please let me know about it so I can help you further to solve this issue☺️

Thank you Mert - yes latest version 13.0.0 installed, I have also tried deleting the .json file in the Public Documents folder and even that made no difference - whenever I try to Relocate it says invalid folder, and whenever I try to Repair it just cycles on "installing" indefinitely. There are no valid Uninstall options unless I go through Windows uninstaller and clear the whole lot - have not tried that yet but that is next unless you have a solution. Best regards!
