Need to change my email address but the change doesn't hold.

I've been trying to change my email address in my NI account for Native Access, but when I try to do it the change doesn't stick, it just reverts back to my old email address. I tried to go through the support system, but it's going to send the reply to the email address that I don't have anymore.

Does anyone have any idea how to contact someone to make the change via another method?
