Pro4 Installation is "empty" --> how to take-over everything from previous version Pro3?

First time installing Pro4 I've maybe clicked the wrong button for "take-over from previous version" or my SDD was full… however after starting Pro4 the system is empty. No tracks, no playlist, no history, …

I've reinstalled twice, even with the NI list of files/folders that I've deleted completely and I've re-started my mac. Even after that the new installation started without anything from my older version and there was no question to take over from previous version.

Can you please help?

You have to delete the traktor 4 folder under ~/Documents.

Then it should ask again when you start it up.

No need to reinstall traktor installation.
