native access won't accept previous password

hi there, i've just migrated to a new mac book pro. I'm trying to open Native Access, but it doesn't accept the old passwords. all the instances in kontakt play as a demo now.

I assumed the password was the password of the Mac, which I used, but it didn't help.

any ideas on how to solve this?

Correct, you should use your computer password, not the Native ID password. Does deleting the files listed in the article shared by PK the DJ help?

hi, i tossed out the old version of NI Access and installed a new version. However, access doesn't accept the correct used password, and keeps asking for permission. so, the problem is a bit persistent….
