content is missing who can help me out?

Hey I dont' know what I did but when I run my kontakt, it can't find some 4006 instruments it says. I tried to relocate and etc but nothing works. Furthermore it shows me a file name where it s ould be located but I can't find that one too.

    @lukemund This thread has little to do with what you're mentioning, the xml file issue should be gone by now with the latest version of Native Access. I would suggest to create your own thread with as many details as possible (OS, what products are missing, etc…) or contact support directly: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

    What happens if you open Kontakt in standalone? Is it happening for all your Kontakt libraries? Did you move some NI content ort other files? What's your operating system?

    It's weird. It all started when I wanted to update some Native Instruments plugins and the computer crashed and had to switch off/switch on. When I re-opened the NI Access I did not really pay attention what I did and updated KONTAKT so far I remember. Then suddenly this problem appeared when I opened a project.

    When I open KONTAKT in standalone everything works. I use FL STUDIO and the problem only appears when I ust KONTAKT on FL. Some Libraries are working and a few aren't working. It says, it can't find 4006 files.

    I have a some files on a external disk and the rest is on the internal disk

    @Blaze Click on the NI logo in the Kontakt's plugin when in FL STudio. What version does it show? Is it the same as the standalone? If not, double check this article: Plug-in Administration in FL Studio 20 (Windows)

    hi @Jeremy_NI im also have this issue with the native access xml file , it does the missing content but if I delete the corrupt file it loads my instruments, what can I do to fix this ?

    @Jeremy_NI so I have the same thing with the content mission as this picture for session guitarist how do I solve this issue?

    @lukemund I'm having a hard time understanding what your issue actually is, missing product, missing picture, xml file? I would recommend to create your own thread explaining clearly what your issue is, including your OS and other useful info, screenshots, etc…
