The presets not loading for Grandeur Piano I just purchased

i just purchased Grandeur piano and using Kontakt 7. out of 19 presets only first preset is loading . I dont get the menu to chose the presets . I tried with Kontakt 6 and Komplete control as well. But not working in Either . I am on logic pro
When I click the preset menu I get "instruments quickload is empty". Very annoying .

Just tested this.

In the Grandeur Piano Kontakt UI - there are 2 icons to the right of where the text "The Grandeur" is displayed in the upper left:

Click on the "camera" icon (1) and the Factory presets (2) will appear.

Grandeur does not require Quickload.
