ACCES 3.13.0 - external SSD no longer recognized by N.A.
Hello, (automatic translation)
Version 3.13.0 was installed this morning, and my external SSD is no longer recognized by ACCESS while Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol recognize it without problems and display COMPLETE 14 in its entirety.
Strangely, ACCESS added to my SSD the number "1" after its indication (my SSD is called NATIVE, but ACCESS displays: NATIVE 1 ACCESS).
In conclusion, all the instruments are displayed with REPAIR and Exclamation Point.
Even by modifying the LOCATE PRODUCT CONTENT in MAINTENANCE it does not work.
BOGUE?
Please help me if you have a solution, because it is impossible to contact NI.
Arry
Installed this morning of his own office: a real scrub.
All the instruments in my external SSD are no longer recognized (not INSTALLED), while Kontakt 7 and COMPLETE KONTROL are working normally.
The external SSD is called: NATIVE while ACCESS has added a number 1 to search for it at NATIVE 1. Unable to change the path of access to SSD.
How do I contact the NATIVE INSTRUMENTS VAS?
Thank you.
Arry.

Hey @Arry
A mismatch between hard rive name and mount point can be caused by by various things (connecting multiple drives with the same name, error when trying to eject the external hd resulting in a left behind ghost drive,...)Sometimes iit is enough to carry out the following steps:
- safely eject the external hd
- unplug the external hd
- shut down your computer
- start up your computer
- plug the external hd back in after waiting at least one or two minutes after your computer finishes booting up
Then please open the Disk Utility and check if hd name matches the mount point or if the mount point still has a number added. The following thread explains the details and how you can fix it in case the steps above did not resolve the issue:
