So with flexible beat grids do I need to drop a marker at the tempo changes or do I rescan my music and they get added automatically?
You need do it by hand.
How to depends a bit on if it's a track with live drummer / fluctuating bpm or if it's rapidly changing.

is an Update coming for adding the flex grids automatically like Algoriddim Djay Pro does?? Adding them for all my Funk & Soul libraries by hand, life is to short..
It's taken them a looong time to allow flexible grids, and they've got some issues to fix first. Then, hopefully not the same length of time to plug a more intelligent algorithm in.
