Unable to install products within Native Access

Hi,

I have a 2023 MacBook Pro with an Apple M3 Max chip. I'm on the latest OS, Sonoma 14.5. I purchased the Komplete Standard package, but after downloading Native Access, I'm unable to install any of the VSTs, Plugins etc. Can someone help? Thank you!

    I got it working! It was due to my private relay. I turned it off, and it worked.

    What is listed in your Available tab in Native Access?
