Traktor Pro 4 is not available in Native Access (Win11 last update) after X1MK3 serial registration

As owner of X1 MK3 and using Win 11, I must have a new copy of Traktor Pro 4 immediately (I've already Traktor Pro 3).

I've deleted also the NativeAccess.xml file as suggested…..but nothing changes.

Refreshing Native Access…..Nothing changes.

Executing Native Access as admin …Nothing changes.

Opened two tickets… I'll be waiting for a solution.

As repeated many many times, please put Native Access in a trash bin and develop a new access software, less cmplicated and working properly (expecially on Windows platforms).

    When you look at your registered products on the Native Instruments web site, can you see Traktor Pro 4?

    And have you also installed native Access 2?

    I've sent an email yesterday….also to the head of NI Customer Services

    Do you think that is a correct way to proceed ?

    So, please, send me the link to Traktor Pro 4 Windows installer (as another NI guy did some times ago for Maschine 2…same problems on Native Access)

    I can't do anything about it, I'm just a forum user like you.

    If they have helped you with a direct download I think they will certainly do it again if that is the procedure, but you will have to wait for an official answer.

    @devadip As you don‘t have Traktor Pro 4 listed in Native Access and not on website either it isn‘t just an issue of getting the installer. You can easily obtain the installer by getting the Traktor Pro demo. Even with the installer Native Access won‘t activate your copy as no licence is registered in your account. As unsatisfactory it is you‘ll have to wait until support resolves your already opened ticket.

    And I am also no employee of Native Instruments. Just a customer and user here in the community. We cannot do anything about it.

    thanks for your interest in such a matter…I've said sincerely what I think about Native Access …that said, to be clear:

    I have not the Traktor Pro 4 serial listed in my account page….I 've the X1 MK3 serial listed (after serial registration in Native Access) by which I must get a full copy of Traktor Pro 4, as mentioned in the NI website.

    But since Friday 26 this doesn't happen.

    I use Steinberg, Presonus, Image Line, Sample Logic, Heavyocity, Soniccouture, Soundiron, Ableton, Akai and so on products (HW and SW) but similar problems like this are unknown there.

    Impressive that I ve opened two tickets without feedback, when I must have IMMEDIATELY what I ve paid for! Only NI has these problems.
