NKS problem with Arturia Pigments 5

I just purchased some of Arturia's synths including Pigments 5 but after installing the NKS functionality isn't working in either KK or Maschine. Pigments shows on my S61 MK2 and in the software and the presets appear but I get no sound preview when scrolling through the list and if I try to load a preset I get a message saying it can't find the NKS file and the presets won't load. The presets will load directly from Pigments own browser.

I also purchased Jup-8 V and OP-Xa V. Both of these work with NKS as expected.

I made sure that the option to install the NKS files was selected.

Windows 11, Komplete Kontrol 2.9.8, Maschine 2.18.4

I managed to figure out the problem myself. For some reason Komplete Kontrol didn't scan the NKS location automatically on first load after installing Pigments, although it did with the 2 other Arturia Vst's.

I highlighted Pigments in the Komplete Kontrol preferences / library and did a rescan. This solved the problem. Not sure why it didn't pick up the NKS first time as was the case with the other Arturia products.

When you right click on one of the NKS patches in the KK browser can you open it in Windows Explorer? That will at least tell you if they have been installed and where to
