Missing Stem Separation @Traktor Pro 4

Good evening everyone,

I have just updated to Traktor Pro4, before that I had a Traktor Pro 3 plus license. I updated to T4Pro to use the stem function. I downloaded and installed the program via NI Access. I connected my computer to a Z1 as an audio interface, an X1MK3 controller and an F1. Everything was recognized perfectly. I then opened the browser, opened my music folder and wanted to load a track into Deck A as a stem and generate it as a stem file. I right-click on the track in the browser, now a window should open and the switch for the stem separation should be displayed. In this window I can only click on the following:

1. Edit

2. Color

3. Load into Deck A

4. Load into Deck B

3. Load into Deck C

4. Load into Deck D

5. (the stem separation should come up now, right?).

The fact is that the stem separation is not displayed in this window.

Do I have to tick a box somewhere to change the deck to a stem deck?

Here are the specs of my PC:

Intel i7-11800H 8x 1.9GHz (Turbo 4.6GHz)

64 GB DDR4-3200MHz

17.3 inch IPS display matt

2560 x 1440 pixels, 165Hz

GeForce RTX 3060 6GB

2TB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD drive

illuminated gaming keyboard

Bluetooth 5.0

Wireless LAN ax

Windows 11 Pro 64bit

In terms of power, this should be more than enough. I've already worked with astems. I used the NI Stem Creator. I've uninstalled everything completely several times. But so far I've had no success. Does anyone have a tip for me? Thanks

Music folder sounds like you are accessing your music via Explorer node. The track has to be in a playlist or in your Track Collection; there you will have the Stem generation command.
