Traktor Pro 4 and Maschine JAM

I try to connect my Maschine JAM with Traktor pro 4 in order to program a midi mapping to control STEMS sequences

Maschine JAM does not seem to be recognised: not available in In-Port or Out-Port:

Has anyone managed to map the JAM to TP4?

    Did you switch the JAM to MIDI mode?

    Sorry for my late reply. Yes.

    I try with the F1 kontrol and mapping works correctly. I haven't tried again with the JAM

    Jam is outdated software and I always need to reload my saved editor template in order to sync settings when using more than one Jam controller but MIDI is always working. Can MIDI-OX or any other midi capable app detect the unit? And also, is unit working normally with Maschine software?
