serial is logging in another account. how to fix it?

I bought a used komplete audio 6, now I can't contact the old owner. I can't enter the serial into the new account. Help?

Usually you should get a licence transfer ID from the old owner. If there is no way of obtaining the licence transfer ID you have to contact NI support. You will need a proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number on your hardware in this process.
