I cannot control anything in transport section (Maschine MK3)

Hello, I tried to record by pressed Shift and Record and it's doesn't work. Everything in transport section doesn't work for me but for those patterns, events ,mute and solo it's fine. Just only the transport section. I check on my preferences in MK3 and it's doesn't have MIDI section neither.
