I have a new HD that is big enough to install more instruments that I own but don't use all the time like the Symphony Essentials.

NA downloads the package, acts like it installs it, says it's installed - but it isn't. I've tried this several times now to no avail.

Restarted etc. Any ideas out there?

And that worked - had to delete NA stuff then reinstall.

How do you know it is not installed? What instruments are you installing?

And - what actual file paths are you installing to - seen under Preferences→File Management?

    Can you provide a screencap?

    Hi

They aren't installed on the HD, period. Do not show up in Kontact, etc. I have 160 others installed that work fine. I relocated the library to the HD, and others have installed there fine, been repaired etc etc.

Without a screenshot of your existing file paths - this will be hard to troubleshoot.

The way you are describing this tells me that you have told Native Access to install this stuff to one location but that location is not known to Kontakt or any other app that can use the library.

When you install through Native Access does is say it's completed the install and does it show up in the main list of libraries in Native Access marked as 'Installed' to the right? If so select the three dots (…) to the right and select Installation Paths. What does the popup window say at it's Content Location? When you go to that physical directory location is the instrument library there?

The app says it's downloading, installing. When it completes it does not say installed. Nothing is installed. The app at like nothing happened.

There is no issue with the install paths, I have over a hundred instruments installed in the same spot that work fine, that were moved, then repaired as per Native Instruments. Kontact finds all the currently installed instruments.

The problem is with Native Access not actually competing the install correctly. I am going to just delete it and reinstall.
