Hello,

I have a Traktor S4 Mk3

The issue is that about 2 times a week of playing music the sound cuts off full and I need to force close the program.

I restart the program and all working good.

All buttons, jogs faders are working but no sound no where.

I have changed power supply, same issue

I have disabled blue tooth and wifii, same thing.

I changed usb cables,same issue

can someone help me?

Sonoma 14.5 helped me get fewer issues like the one you described, although after a few weeks it happened again. Good luck!

Why still macOS 14.2? Current version is 14.5 and as I read many times here in the community sorts out many problems with audio applications.

Hello again guys, I update my mac but same issue 2 days in a row. Traktor Blurs the waveform and cuts the sound. After it needs to force terminate the program and then when i restart it everything works perfect.

Have you got any other idea on what happens?

    Thank you in advance,
    Apostolos

Check power savings settings. Internal and external USB hubs need to be powered all the time if your audio files are on external storage, if internal, those need to be always powered as well. I'm writing this because ever since i changed my settings on my laptop, forbidding my OS to cut power to my audio file sources, i have never again had this kind of problem.
