new purchase registered tonight Traktor x1 mk3

was told last week that if I purchased x1 mk3 I would receive Traktor pro 4 by Native instruments staff registered the serial but still showing Traktor pro 3 available , I tried to chat to staff at ni but closed now any advice what to do please
